In all cases, your local natural gas utility company (e.g., PG&E) remains responsible for all natural gas delivery issues, including pipeline maintenance, metering, and safety services. You always remain eligible for CPUC and utility energy efficiency programs. So there is no loss of access to important third-party services for participants in our programs.
